The last in the animated series for MTS project “Zima” was launched on 15th of March

The three-month interactive project “Zima”, conducted by MTS company in the North-West region, finished on 15th of March. Last in the animated series, produced by FounDreams, was launched in order to mark the end of this project.

Interactive project Zima was conducted in three stages from 1th of December to 15th of March and consists of blogs in LiveJournal, series and three quizzes. During these three months more than 100 thousand people took part in the project.

The series were produced by FounDreams on demand of MTS for project promotion and attraction of subscribers to participate in quizzes. The first in the series was shown during project presentation. The presentation took place at the Saint-Petersburg premiere of the James Bond last movie “Agent 007: Casino Royal” in “Jam Hall on Petrogradskaya” cinema. Other series were produced for WAP and could be downloaded from wap.spbmts.ru by any subscriber of MTS.

It was not the first example of cooperation between MTS and FounDreams. For example, MTS launched the first animated series “Cat’s adventures”, produced by FounDreams, on wap.spbmts.ru.

Animated clip Dreamsy takes third place at Bitfilm Festival in Hamburg

Animated 3D clip Dreamsy, produced by FounDreams company, took the third place in Micromovie Award nomination at Bitfilm Festival in Hamburg in November, 1st.

There were 6 nominations at Bitfilm Festival this year: Micromovie Award, 3D Award, Flash Award, FX MIX Award, Machinima Award and Grand Prix.

The selection process included three stages. During the first stage the Bitfilm Team pre-selected works for subsequent voting from all sent items. Then the best 5 works were selected in each category by voting among Bitfilm Club members. The nominated films in every category qualified for the final election

The winners were announced and rewarded at the ceremony in Hamburg. There were participants from Germany, Italy, France and USA among the winners. Robert Rodriguez’s movie “Sin City” received the first prize in the Grand Prix nomination.

Dreamsy.com is awarded as one of the best DMB projects of FounDreams Company at The MIPCOM Mobile TV Screenings & Awards

Project Dreamsy.com, produced by FounDreams Company, was demonstrated during The MIPCOM Mobile TV Screenings & Awards in the category of Special Recognition as one of the best DMB projects. The MIPCOM Awards event was the part of MIPCOM, annual exhibition and conference for TV and mobile industry players all over the world, and was held in Cannes from 9 to 13 October.

Dreamsy.com is a cross platform interactive service, built around the only personage who embodies the whole concept – his name is Dreamsy. This hero lives in his world that is locate at dreamsy.com. Dreamsy is eager to be a superstar and the idea is to share this impulse with his friends who are actually visitors of the portal.

Besides downloading mobile content at the portal, the end-users have plenty of abilities to generate their own ideas. All these activities will work for their rating and profit. Moreover, when downloading video player that provides access to the video podcasts, end-users will keep in touch with the events happening with Dreamsy even without access to the Internet.

The first two days of MIPCOM Conference were related to TV industry, but all speakers mentioned about necessity of using all platforms: TV, Internet and Mobile . The third day was all dedicated to Mobile TV, it`s future, risks and opportunities. Almost the whole fourth day was devoted to user-generated content, ways of creation of successful User-generated content portal and discussions how social and UGC networks are able to generate revenues.

FounDreams Speak Out at the 2006 Broadcast Worldwide Conference

High-profile company representatives flew from all over Asia, Europe and America to participate in the sixth annual BCWW conference, which was centered on the theme “Dreaming TV: New Dimensions in Convergence”. Organized in conjunction with Asia `s premier content trade Exibition and the first Seoul Drama Awards, the event is a widely-recognized channel for bringing together current and upcoming developments in the convergence and content business.

Elena Zamarueva , CEO of FounDreams, addressed the conference delegates with a presentation entitled “The Hidden Opportunities of Interactivity in Mobile video”. She outlined two ground-breaking FounDreams products that have generated excitement for all those enthused by the possibilities of interactivity: Temptation, a mobile video service, and Dreamsy.com, a cross-platform interactive service.

With representatives from the Interactive Channel Company Ltd, KBSI, TELSTON Co. Ltd, CJ Cablenet and Buongiorno Media Unit listening in, Ms. Zamarueva detailed the excitement surrounding the character of Dreamsy, the loveable blue rogue with a studio that enables teenagers to create and sell their own mobile content. She explained that the service couples highly sought-after entertainment features with all the excitement of interactivity, enabling end-users to become significant participants in the VAS supply chain.

Ms. Zamarueva also offered delegates an explanation of Temptation, the first erotic video game of its kind. Recently launched in the UK with the cooperation of MX-Telecom, Orange , T-Mobile, Vodafone and Hutchison 3, Temptation combines all the exhilaration of gaming with tantalizing erotic video clips – a duet that doubles end-user fun. 3G network users now have the possibility of taking the words “game climax” to the next level.

Ms. Zamarueva was not the only FounDreams delegate asked to speak at the event. Business Developer Elena Kozhemyako was invited to give her opinions live on air to Korea Global`s first English-speaking radio station, Arirang. As Arirang broadcast live from the BCWW conference, Ms Kozhemyako replied to questions about the company and its scorching-hot mobile content.

MTS Launches Mobile Series “Cat`s Adventures”

One of Russia`s biggest mobile operators, MTS, recently launched “Adventures of one little pussy cat”, a mobile series produced by FounDreams. It`s the very first example of video downloading in the MTS network.

The series consists of nine clips that track the adventures of one naïve little cat that grapples with death. The causes of her death are so outrageous that despite the tragic finale, downloaders can`t help but crack a smile!

FounDreams, an international company specializing in creation of mobile multimedia content started production of ringbacktones. The product offered is a melody or sound that replaces the usual dialing tones heard when waiting a response from the user. Ringbacktones are rather perspective products on the VAS market. They give the user an opportunity to please his family, friends or colleagues with a pleasant melody, funny sounds or phrases, which caller hears instead of simple tone.
Launching the service “Ringbacktone”, users can set a sound message or melody for each person in their telephone book or to a group of people. This service allows the user to set a definite time or day of the week for playing ringbacktone. The user has the ability to choose all these parameters. Ringbacktones appeared on the international market in 2002, and in Russia they started to be accessible less than a year ago. Nowadays they can be set by users in Volga region, in Moscow , Saint-Petersburg and in Orenburg . Multimedia content producer FounDreams provides mobile portal MegaFonPRO with the exclusive product package for holiday campaign in Megafon network. FounDreams specially developed realtones, static and animated pictures, video clips for holiday campaign. MegaFonPro users were able to enjoy the specially produced products on Saint Valentine`s Day, on the 23 rd of February and on the 8 th of March.
There are also pictones among presented content. Pictone is innovative product, the combination of ringtone and video clip. Nine different pictones can be downloaded on mobile phones to please the eye and ear by original video and soundtrack.
MegaFon`s subscribers will be able to appreciate and order FounDreams products on the wap-site by sending an SMS to a special short number and by getting link to this site.
